A dream within a dream

Short description:
An early shot, but it took 2 years before I appreciated its qualities (helped by more post-processing than I did initially) and posted it on Flickr. Even the, it took a while before I decided it was one of my better shots. It is the reflection of trees in our garden table - leading to an image that is at the same time peaceful and complex.

An early shot, but it took 2 years before I appreciated its qualities (helped by more post-processing than I did initially) and posted it on Flickr. Even the, it took a while before I decided it was one of my better shots. It is the reflection of trees in our garden table - leading to an image that is at the same time peaceful and complex.

If I had to choose my top favourite shot, this might well be the one. It is half-candid: we chanced upon a traditional Chinese wedding shoot in Beijing, and I got this one in from a different angle than the real photographer. I simply love the setting, and most of all the look of love in her eyes.
